Driver Requirements
Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid, unexpired driver’s license. US licenses are accepted; international drivers must also present a passport. A clean driving record is required, with no DUIs or major violations in the past three years. Every driver must be present and named on the rental agreement. Your security deposit is due at or before delivery, via Zelle or cash.

Insurance Coverage
Full coverage insurance, including comprehensive and collision, is required. Please provide proof of insurance before pickup. If your coverage does not qualify, you may purchase a third-party policy through us. In the event of damage, the renter is responsible for the full insurance deductible.

Security Deposits
Security deposits range from $1,500 to $5,000, depending on your vehicle, and are collected at or before delivery using an accepted payment method. Deposits are held for 24–48 hours after the rental while we inspect the vehicle. Any tolls, tickets, fuel, cleaning, or damage charges are deducted from the deposit.

Mileage & Fuel
Your rental includes 100–120 miles per day, depending on the vehicle. Additional miles are billed at $3–$7 per mile based on the car rented. Vehicles are delivered with fuel already paid for; return yours with the same fuel level. Use Premium Gas only. Refueling with the wrong grade results in a service charge.

Vehicle Use & Care
Racing, track use, off-roading, towing, and commercial rideshare are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited in every vehicle and results in a cleaning fee. Pets in exotic vehicles require prior written approval. Travel outside California also requires written approval. All vehicles are GPS monitored for security purposes.

Can I rent with an international license?
Yes. Your driver’s license must be valid and unexpired, and international drivers must also present a passport. All drivers must be at least 18, meet the driving-record requirements, and be present and named on the rental agreement.
What if my insurance does not qualify?
Full coverage, including comprehensive and collision, is required, with proof provided before pickup. If you do not have qualifying coverage, a third-party policy may be purchased through us. The renter remains responsible for the full deductible in the event of damage.
When is my deposit released?
Your deposit is held for 24–48 hours after your rental while the vehicle is inspected. Tolls, tickets, fuel, cleaning, and damage charges are deducted from the deposit. The required deposit ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the vehicle.
How much mileage is included?

Can I travel outside California or bring a pet?
